Directions:

From Boston
Route 93 North to Exit 28. Turn Right to Route 49 East. 10 miles to the Waterville Valley.

Food:

Talk with your housemates to decide on meals and groceries. We recommend bringing cereal, bread, sandwich, meats, spaghetti, fruit.

Training Schedule:

8:30 Meditation by the brook (optional)
9:30-11 Forms
12:30-1:30 aerobics/conditioning in the sports center (optional)
5:30-7 class on the field
7-8 open training (optional)

Recreation:

Bring musical instruments, videos, video games for evenings and afternoons.

Hiking:

There are optional short and long hiking trips during the week, including a trip to the Cascades, a beautiful series of waterfalls. Approx. 45 minute walk. The hikes to Dicky and the Osceola take about 2 hours each way.
