| Dorri' Li's Kung Fu Step Circuit Workout is a unique
workout that allows you to burn fat and calories,
increase your strength and stamina, while teaching you
the fundamentals of Kung Fu.
This workout includes:
- A 28 minute step/circuit section that combines 3
minutes of Kung Fu step alternated with 2
minutes of body sculpting can be done with
resistance bands, light weights or no weights at
all.
- A 4 minute cool-down and stretch.
- Five minutes of Tai Chi meditation to relax your
body and mind.
- Two minutes of practical self defense applications
using Kung Fu techniques
