| Dorri' Li's Kung Fu Step Workout uniquely incorporates Kung Fu self defense techniques with the fundamentals of step aerobics. This workout gives you the cardiovascular conditioning of traditional step aerobics while training you to focus your mind and move with grace, power and control.
The workout includes:
- A 10 minute warm-up and stretching section which introduces you to the Kung Fu hand and foot work used in the step workout.
- A 22 minute step routine that incorporates more than 20 different Kung Fu techniques, which can be used for self defense.
- Four minutes of cool-down and stretch.
- Five minutes of Tai Chi meditation to relax your body and mind.
- Two minutes of practical self defense applications
using Kung Fu techniques
